In its simplest terms, Ayurveda is an ancient Indian system of medicine which focuses on balancing the body, mind, and spirit to promote health and prevent illness.

The theory behind the system is that each person is made up of a unique combination of three fundamental energies, or doshas, known as Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. These doshas govern different aspects of our physical and mental functions.

Ayurvedic practices include herbal remedies, dietary changes, yoga, meditation, and lifestyle adjustments tailored to an individual's specific dosha balance. The goal is to maintain harmony within the body and with the environment, leading to overall well-being.

During an Ayurvedic life coaching session, we’ll take a holistic approach which merges Ayurvedic principles with coaching techniques. This involves analysing your unique mind-body constitution (known as your dosha), pinpointing imbalances, establishing dosha-aligned goals and integrating lifestyle changes like dietary tweaks, herbal remedies, yoga, meditation and stress management practices to enhance overall well-being.

Sessions frequency varies, with some opting for one-off consultations, while others prefer weekly or monthly support until they can independently incorporate these practices into their lives. Each session is tailored to your own individual needs and unique circumstances.
