driven by a passion for self-disovery.
My name is Leah, and for the past 8 years, I've managed the Lotus Room Yoga Studio in Skerries. From a young age, I sought to create a serene, balanced life, recognising early on how my activities, diet, environment, and social circle profoundly influenced my well-being. This awareness was crucial for me to thrive and embrace my true self.
Initially, my career began in social science and social work, which enabled me to achieve part of what I wanted to do, which was to help others. However, I soon realised that my passion really lay in empowering individuals to support themselves. This led me to earn a master's degree in television and radio broadcast production, aiming to give voice to people's stories. My career in television was brief, as the birth of my first daughter in 2015 prompted me to rethink my professional life.
My love for yoga and travel inspired me to train in India, where I've returned regularly for advanced studies. Recognising the need to deepen my understanding beyond just yoga postures, I pursued a two-year diploma in Ayurveda and trained with a practitioner in India. My commitment to learning continues as I plan to enhance my skills in various fields each year. My goal is to evolve into a holistic life coach, empowering others to heal and nurture themselves.
